          摘要:

          水產加工品原料鑒定具有重要的現實意義,該項研究對建立水產加工品的原料甄別技術,防止以低值魚冒充高 值魚,促進公平貿易,維護消費者與生產者的利益具有重要作用。本文綜述了國內外以分子生物學技術鑒定水產加 工品的研究進展,分析了不同鑒定方法的優缺點,并舉例說明了其應用情況,討論了該領域面臨的挑戰,并對未來重 點發展方向進行了展望。[中國漁業質量與標準,2013,3(1):33 -39]
           

          Abstract:

          The identification of processed aquatic product species has an important and practical meaning. It has sig¬nificant impact on international commerce,establishment of the standard methods of aquatic product species identifica¬tion ,and protection of the right of consumers. This review focused on the progress of molecular methods for processed aquatic product species identification. The advantage and the disadvantage of different methods were analyzed and 
          their application in different processed aquatic product was presented. The challenges and prospects of the trend of re¬search in the future were also discussed. ' Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2013,3 (1) :33 -39]
