          摘要:

          為推動現場快速檢測產品在水產品藥物殘留監管領域的應用,對3種市售的用于檢測水產品中3-氨基-2-惡唑烷酮(AOZ)、氨基脲(SEM)、3-氨基-5-嗎琳代甲基-2-惡唑烷酮(AMOZ)、1-氨基-乙丙酰脲(AHD) 4種硝基呋喃類代謝物殘留的國產膠體金快速檢測產品的假陽性率、假陰性率、檢出率及穩定性等指標進行驗證。驗證結果顯示,有1種產品能100%準確檢測出84個魚糜樣品中是否殘留AOZ、SEM、AMOZ、AHD,且2個不同批次產品的檢測結果一致;另外2種產品出現假陽性結果,且2個不同批號間產品的穩定性有差異??焖贆z測產品作為質量安全監管工具,在投入使用前,有必要對其最低檢出限、假陽性率、假陰性率、穩定性等參數進行驗證。[中國漁業質量與標準,2013,3(2):73-79]
           

          Abstract:

          To improve the application of rapid detection products of nitrofuran metabolites residue in the field of aquatic food safety supervision, three kinds of rapid detection products which were used to detect the residue of nitrofuran metabolites were tested and evaluated. The false positive rate (FPR), false negative rate (FNR), and the lowest detectable limit (LDL) were tested by using 84 fish samples. The results showed that only product A could detect the characters of 84 fish samples exactly, and there was no difference between the two results when different batch of products A were used. Both product B and C detected the false positive samples, and the FPR of product B and C were different when different batch of the two products were used.
