          摘要:

          為確定南沙群體野生大珠母貝(Pinctada maxima)外部形態性狀對其體質量的影響程度,為人工選育提供最佳參考指標,以南沙群島自然海域捕撈的1齡野生大珠母貝為研究對象,對其外部形態性狀殼長、殼高、殼寬和絞合線長及其體質量進行測量統計,并進行相關性、多元逐步回歸和通徑分析。結果顯示,大珠母貝的各性狀指標變異系數區間為[13.751% , 38.947%],并且各性狀相關系數均達到極顯著水平(P<0.01);剔除差異不顯著的形態性狀建立最優回歸方程,其中R2=0.933;通徑分析結果顯示,南沙群體大珠母貝對體質量的直接作用最大的外部形態性狀為殼寬(0.439),而殼長通過殼高對體質量的間接作用影響最大(0.384),其中殼寬對體質量的決定系數為0.193,殼寬通過殼高對體質量的決定系數最大(0.312)。結果表明,當以南沙群體野生大珠母貝體質量為選育目標時,應注重對殼寬的選擇。

          Abstract:

          In order to determine the influence of external morphological traits of wild Pinctada maxima in Nansha population on its body weight and provide the best reference index for artificial breeding, the 1-year-old wild P. maxima collected in the natural sea area of Nansha Islands were taken as the research objects. The shell length, shell height, shell width and hinge length of external morphological traits and the body weight were measured and counted, and the correlation, multiple stepwise regression and path analysis were carried out. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of each trait index was [13.751% , 38.947%], and the correlation coefficients of each trait reached a very significant level (P<0.01). The optimal regression equation was established by excluding morphological traits with no significant difference, R2 = 0.933; The path analysis results showed that the external morphological traits with the greatest direct effect on body weight of P. maxima in Nansha population were shell width (0.439), and the indirect effect of shell length on body weight through shell height was the greatest (0.384). The determination coefficient of shell width on body weight was 0.193, and that of shell width through shell height was the greatest (0.312). The results show that the selection of shell width should be paid attention to when the body weight of wild P. maxima in Nansha population is used as the breeding target.
